It’s simple. Book an appointment online, enter your health details, and connect with a licensed provider through a secure video call—all from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Do you treat children and older adults?

Yes! Our providers see patients of all ages, including seniors and children (with a guardian present). We tailor care to meet each person’s needs.

Do I need to download an app?

No app required. After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to join your video visit—no downloads, no logins.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling and allow changes up to a few hours before your appointment. Simply use the link in your confirmation email.

What types of care do you provide?

We offer virtual care for urgent needs, chronic condition management, weight loss, mental health, women’s health, and general wellness. If you're not sure where to start, we're happy to guide you.

What if I need prescriptions or lab tests?

We can prescribe medications and recommend lab tests as part of your virtual visit. Prescriptions can be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.

Is my information secure?

Absolutely. All appointments are HIPAA-compliant and your data is protected with bank-level encryption. Your privacy is a top priority.

Can I include a caregiver or family member in my appointment?
